Massage, Alexander Technique & Spinal Energetics
All appointments are for the Studio Space at Zoe Dojo in Ferntree, Hobart.

I’m offering bodywork sessions for movers, shakers, and tired humans who live a lot of life through their bodies. I am an Alexander Technique Teacher (AT) with AUSTAT, a Swedish massage therapist (soon to be Remedial qualified) and a certified Spinal Energetics practitioner.
Enriched by my 18-year career as a performing artist across physical theatre, stage acting, clowning and puppetry, I weave these potent modalities together in my sessions. I have a deep respect for bodies as innately expressive and intelligent. This is a space to land, recalibrate and leave feeling more yourself.

Potency
45 minutes for $59
A targeted appointment using either Remedial Massage, AT, or Spinal Energetics (in combination). We focus on a particular issue in the body and jump straight in there to help relieve discomfort.
Creative Body
75 minutes for $120
Remedial Massage meets the Alexander Technique (with a touch of Spinal Energetics) in a full-body reset. These sessions focus on pain and tension relief, nervous system support, lymphatic drainage and coordination and balance.
30 for 30
30 minutes for $30
Thirty-minute appointments to receive hands-on support in the Alexander Technique and Spinal Energetics. Perfect for early morning, lunch, or evening resets. If you go on to book a full session with me, you will receive 10% off your appointment.
Bring a Friend
60 minutes for $100
A joint appointment for two people. You both get to experience my hands-on work in a shared Alexander Technique and Spinal Energetics Session. Although this work is shared, it remains effective. Participants must provide their own towels for their massage table.
